Yoga Session Timings

                                                      

Namaste!

Soham yoga centre runs gentle Hathayoga sessions which are self paced and based on self inquiry and awareness of breath resulting in stillness of the mind and a whole lot of physical and inner benefits. Classes include Asana postures, Meditation, Mantra chanting and Pranayama breathwork taught by a qualified Hathayoga instructor with many years of practise and learning gained both in India and Australia.

Morning session- 9.45 am – 10.45 am

Hall next to Para Hills Library,

Para Hills Centre, Wilkinson Road, Para Hills.

Evening session- 6pm-7pm

Upstairs, Ingle Farm Recreation Centre

Corner of Beovich Rd and Roopena St, Ingle Farm

Wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat/ towel and a bottle of water
